Ryanair announced (06-May-2021) plans to open a new base at Stockholm Arlanda Airport for its winter schedule, with two aircraft based at the airport. The carrier will operate "some 20 new routes", with nearly 90 new weekly frequencies from the airport. In conjunction with the set up of operations, Ryanair will launch domestic operations in Sweden for the first time, to Gothenburg and Malmö from Stockholm Arlanda. [more - original PR]
