SCAT Airlines considers fleet expansion plans for 2018

SCAT Airlines is considering the acquisition of a "few aircraft" in 2018, according to VP marketing Aleksandra Sytnik (ATO.ru, 08-Sep-2017). Ms Sytnik said the carrier is still considering Sukhoi SuperJet 100 aircraft as an option but did not find the current commercial offer interesting. Ms Sytnik added the carrier will consider all manufacturers able to offer aircraft with up to 150 seats and a range capable of operating services to Russia, China, Europe and CIS. According to the CAPA Fleet Database, the carrier operates a fleet of 12 Boeing and six Bombardier aircraft.
