SKY Peru to launch operation in 2Q2019

SKY Peru plans to commence operations in 2Q2019 with the maiden route being Lima-Cusco (Portal del Turismo, 19-Nov-2018). The carrier will then expand to Piura, Trujillo and Tarapoto. SKY Airline CEO Holger Paulmann stated: "We'll have a coverage similar to the one we have in Chile, with domestic and international routes". The carrier plans on operating international services during its first year of operations. SKY Peru appointed Jose Raul Vargas as CEO, Juan Carlos Holste as COO and Renzo Romano as maintenance and airports manager.
