Solomon Airlines amended (23-Oct-2020) its domestic flight schedule from 25-Oct-2020 to support the company's expanding domestic tourism focus, preserve operational flexibility, and ensure less congestion at Honiara and Gizo Airports. Changes include:
- More comfortable connection times in Gizo;
- Increased access for Kagau with an additional frequency. Honiara-Kagau-Suavanao service will operate "on Mondays and Fridays to accommodate the weekend traveller market";
- Adjusted early morning departures from Honiara, spacing flights to avoid congestion at the check in counters.
Solomon Airlines continues to operate a weekday schedule to all 23 of the airline's domestic destinations.
