South Australia Premier launches USD2.9m travel voucher scheme

South Australia's Premier Steven Marshall announced (20-Sep-2020) travel vouchers worth up to AUD100 (USD72.3) will be offered to South Australians to use towards accommodation across the State, as part of a significant tourism stimulus package to further boost the visitor economy and local jobs. The AUD4 million (USD2.9 million) voucher scheme, available from Oct-2020, will provide AUD100 vouchers for use at participating CBD hotels and AUD50 (USD36.1) vouchers to spend in regional and suburban accommodation.
