Tasmanian Government outlines travel restrictions

7 February, 2021

Tasmania's Government stated (05-Feb-2021) individuals who have arrived in Tasmania from Victoria, Western Australia and New Zealand should continue to be vigilant in checking which areas and premises of those jurisdictions pose a coronavirus risk, and also in monitoring themselves for any symptoms. Anyone intending to travel to Tasmania who has been in high risk areas or visited high risk premises in the 14 days prior to arrival will not be permitted to enter the state unless approved by the Deputy State Controller as an essential traveller.
