Transavia France operating at 15% of pre-pandemic levels in Feb-2021

Transavia France CCO Nicolas Hénin said the carrier has had to reduce capacity to 15% of 2019 levels during Feb-2021, compared to 50% of 2019 levels in Jan-2021 (TourMag.com, 16-Feb-2021). He also said the LCC has been able to maintain a "large portion" of its domestic network as people are still allowed to travel within the country without restriction. Mr Hénin admitted that demand is still "fairly weak" as business travel is still heavily reduced and VFR and leisure traffic is also down significantly.
