TUI’s Belgian and Dutch 787s to introduce new ‘Deluxe’ seat option

TUI Group reportedly plans to introduce a new booking option for Boeing 787-8 operations by TUI Airlines Belgium and TUI Airlines Netherlands, entitled “Deluxe” (aviation24.be, 03-Mar-2018). The deluxe option would replace the current premium class, with more legroom and other included services and is planned to be deployed on all five 787s between Apr-2018 and Jul-2018. 25 Deluxe seats will be fitted to each aircraft, meaning in addition to the economy and ‘Comfort’ fare options, the group’s 787 Belgian/Dutch operations will have three classes. The new configuration is 25 Deluxe, 126 Comfort and 154 Economy seats, with the first commercial operation with Deluxe seating to be conducted on 01-Jul-2018.
