Turkish Airlines negotiates loan for construction of Istanbul New Airport facilities: report

Turkish Airlines is reportedly negotiating a USD800 million to USD1 billion loan with up to 13 of China and Turkey's banks (Reuters/Daily Sabah/Hurriyet Daily News, 27-Jun-2018). The funds will be used to construct the carrier's facilities at Istanbul New Airport. As previously reported by CAPA, Turkish Airlines also plans to acquire land near Istanbul New Airport to develop residential projects for the employees of Turkish Airlines and its subsidiaries.
