UATP announces new PSP partnership with Nuvei

Universal Air Travel Plan (UATP) announced (17-Mar-2021) a partnership with Nuvei to begin offering full payment service provider (PSP) services. UATP reported the collaboration enables it to provide such products as payment gateway services, acquiring connectivity, local and alternative payment methods, transaction optimisation, reconciliation, and other flexible and effective services to protect cash flow for UATP's network of global airlines. The partnership is aimed at enabling airlines to optimise payment processing and reduce transaction costs. Nuvei's platform provides direct connections to major payment card schemes in over 200 markets. It supports around 150 currencies and 455 local and alternative payment methods.
