Uber launches 'Uber Reserve at Airports', curbside pickup and 'Ready When You Are' services

Uber launched (06-Oct-2021) its 'Uber Reserve at Airports' service at over 20 US airports:

  • Chicago O'Hare International Airport;
  • Dallas Fort Worth International Airport;
  • Dallas Love Field;

  • Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport;
  • Fort Myers Southwest Florida International Airport;
  • Houston George Bush Intercontinental Airport;
  • Houston William P. Hobby Airport;
  • Miami International Airport;
  • Nashville International Airport;
  • New Orleans Louis Armstrong International Airport;
  • New York John F Kennedy International Airport;
  • New York LaGuardia Airport;
  • Orlando International Airport;
  • Palm Beach International Airport;
  • Philadelphia International Airport;
  • Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport;
  • Seattle-Tacoma International Airport;
  • Washington Dulles International Airport;
  • Washington Ronald Reagan National Airport.

The service allows passengers to reserve Uber rides up to 30 days in advance of travel, automatically adjusting reservations based on flight information passengers provide. Uber Reserve drivers will provide curbside pickup for passengers at the airports; and can also wait up to one hour after passengers land at no additional charge. Uber also announced the launch of curbside pickup at over 15 airports, as well as its 'Ready When You Are' service; which is currently being piloted at six airports and allows passengers to request rides upon landing with options for pickup in 20 minutes, 10 minutes or as soon as possible.
