United Airlines announced (23-Apr-2021) plans to operate 67% of its domestic network schedule in Jun-2021 compared to Jun-2019, with over 3100 daily flights in the US. The carrier will add over 480 daily flights to around 240 destinations in the US, including new flights to Hawaii, Alaska and Montana. Domestic schedule highlights for Jun-2021 include:
- United will fly over 40 flights to the Hawaiian Islands on peak days in Jun-2021, including new service to Kona from Chicago and Maui from Newark. It will be the only carrier to operate the routes;
- United will operate up to 69 weekly frequencies to Alaska from five hubs including Chicago, Denver, Houston, Newark and San Francisco;
- United will operate over 500 daily flights to 66 national park destinations including a new service between Denver and West Yellowstone. [more - original PR]
