United Airlines launches programme enabling corporations to purchase SAF

United Airlines launched (13-Apr-2021) an "Eco-Skies Alliance Program" enabling individual companies to purchase sustainable aviation fuel (SAF). Over 12 corporations, including CEVA Logistics, Deloitte and DLH Global Forwarding will contribute towards the purchase of approximately 3.4 million gallons of SAF in 2021. This is enough SAF to eliminate approximately 31,000 metric tons of greenhouse gas emissions and equates to flying passengers over 220 million miles.
