US-Brazil open skies agreement could increase Brazilian passenger traffic by 47%

IATA estimates the approval of the US-Brazil open skies agreement could increase passenger traffic from/to Brazil by 47% (istoE, 07-Mar-2018). As previously reported by CAPA, the Brazilian Senate approved the Brazil-US open skies agreement and it needs to be approved by Brazil's President Michel Temer to bring it into effect. The agreement took seven years to be approved in the Brazilian Congress.
