Virgin Australia: Affinity considering sale of stake in Velocity Frequent Flyer Programme

Virgin Australia announced (11-Jul-2019) Connectivity Pte Limited (Affinity) is planning to sell its 35% minority investment in the Velocity Frequent Flyer Programme and requested various exit options for the sale of the stake to be considered. As previously reported by CAPA, Affinity acquired the 35% stake for AUD336 million (USD234.3 million), valuing the programme at AUD960 million (USD669.5 million). [more - original PR]
