Virgin Australia suspends complimentary inflight catering on all economy fares

Virgin Australia, via its official website, stated (Mar-2021) it has updated its food and beverage offering on all services, with complimentary food to no longer be provided on economy fares. Virgin Australia will continue to provide complimentary water, tea and coffee, and a "variety of food and drinks will be available for purchase from our onboard menu".
