Visitor arrivals to Philippines up 14% in the first nine months of 2019, led by South Korea market

Philippines' Department of Tourism reported (09-Nov-2019) the country received 6.2 million visitor arrivals in the nine months ended Sep-2019, an increase of 14.4% year-on-year. South Korea ranks first in visitor arrivals to Phillipines with 1.5 million arrivals, followed by China (1.4 million), US (792,619), Japan (518,211) and Taiwan (252,578).
