Volantio CEO Azim Barodawala, via his personal LinkedIn account, announced (26-Jan-2021) a "significant growth and multi-year extension" of Volantio's partnership with Volaris. The carrier already deployed Volantio's ULCC Disruptions solutions, which enables Volaris guests to self-service, leading to a reduction in call centre volumes and costs during the COVID-19 pandemic. Volaris and Volantio will continue work together and further deploy Volantio's Post-Booking Revenue Management System seeking to drive unit revenues growth.
