Wizz Air announced (28-May-2020) plans to launch a new base at Larnaca, marking the carrier's 28th base. Wizz Air will base two A320s at Larnaca from Jul-2020. The carrier plans to launch the following Larnaca services:
- Athens: Daily from 01-Jul-2020;
- Copenhagen: Three times weekly from 01-Jul-2020;
- Thessaloniki: Daily from 01-Jul-2020;
- Billund: Twice weekly from 02-Jul-2020;
- Karlsruhe/Baden Baden: Twice weekly from 04-Jul-2020;
- Salzburg: Twice weekly from 04-Jul-2020;
- Suceava: Twice weekly from 10-Jul-2020;
- Wroclaw: Twice weekly from 10-Jul-2020;
- Dortmund: Three times weekly from 11-Jul-2020;
- Memmingen: Three times weekly from 11-Jul-2020;
- Turku: Twice weekly from 12-Jul-2020.
