American Airlines plans to enable business and first class passengers to pre order meals on premium transcontinental services as well as most services between the US mainland and Hawaii from 10-Feb-2021 (Frequent Business Travel, 04-Feb-2021). The carrier discontinued the service due to a reduction in activity.
