Americas Airline Traffic Update – WestJet

In this week's exclusive Blue Swan Daily Infographic, we take a closer look at the growing aviation market with an in-depth look at airline traffic for WestJet. This Canadian LCC has seen growth every year this past decade, apart from 2009 where passenger numbers fell 1.7% compared to the year before. Almost all the years since 2010 saw passenger growth over 5%, and 2017 set a record with 10% growth. Average passenger load factors have also consistently sat above 81% for the past decade.
