IATA's 20 year air passenger forecast expects 7.8 billion passengers to travel in 2036, with more than half the growth in the Asia Pacific region, accounting for some 2.1 billion new travellers. This week, we take a look at the dramatic increase in capacity in Asia Pacific from even as short as 10 years ago. In one month alone, 153 million seats were available, a increase of over 100% from 2007.
