ATSG: COVID-19 has 'propelled' the e-commerce sector

Air Transport Services Group (ATSG) chief commercial officer Mike Berger said the COVID-19 pandemic "propelled" the e-commerce sector and allowed more companies to move into the market (FreightWaves, 31-Aug-2021). Mr Berger noted that in many markets e-commerce is "still in its infancy", highlighting that the segment only accounts for 7% of retail sales in Latin America and less than 5% in India.
