The carrier plans to resume Medellin Jose Maria Cordova-Miami and Medellin Jose Maria Cordova-New York services with A320 effective 28-Sep-2020. The carrier plans to resume Bogota services to GuayaquilQuitoMexico City JuarezSao Paulo GuarulhosMiami and New York JFK effective 01-Oct-2020. Services to CancunGuatemala CityLa PazPunta CanaRio de Janeiro Galeao, Santiago, Santa Cruz de la SierraSan SalvadorSanto Domingo Las Americas and Washington will resume on 15-Oct-2020. Initial planning includes the operation of 34 aircraft to handle Avianca‘s international network. Passengers arriving in Colombia must present a negative PCR test no older than 96 hours.
