Azul rolls out Blue Carpet boarding at Belo Horizonte Airport

Belo Horizonte Tancredo Neves International Airport, via its official LinkedIn account, announced (20-Oct-2020) Azul rolled out Tapete Azul (Blue Carpet) boarding technology at the airport. Tapete Azul uses a series of image projectors installed at the gate and pointed towards the floor, to indicate passengers where to stand in the queue according to their seat in the aircraft. As previously reported by CAPA, Azul estimates the technology reduced boarding time by around 25%.
