Cambodia's State Secretariat of Civil Aviation spokesman Sinn Chansereyvutha said Cambodia's Government is seeking foreign investment from countries including China to support start up airlines (AIN Online, 19-Sep-2018). Mr Chansereyvutha commented: "The majority of Cambodian companies do not have the financing to set up an airline alone as the investment required is massive".
