China Airlines stated its first A321neo, scheduled for delivery in Sep-2021, could commence commercial operations by late Oct-2021 (China Times, 12-Jul-2021). The carrier will receive at least one new aircraft per month thereafter, with 14 of the aircraft type being leased and 11 purchased.
