Condor Flugdienst reportedly requested the European Court of Justice (ECJ) prevent Lufthansa from suspending its feeder agreement between the two companies, as a condition of Lufthansa's state aid package (Reuters, 12-Feb-2021). Condor has also reportedly filed a complaint with Germany's antitrust regulator against Lufthansa's suspension of the agreement.
