Dallas Fort Worth International Airport partnered with IBM Watson and Soul Machines to develop and trial an AI-powered digital human concierge (Future Travel Experience, Jul-2021). The system was placed in Terminal A and provided passengers with on-demand, voice-based information until 25-Jun-2021. The airport's innovation team are considering potential long term installation of the system.
