France to establish COVID-19 antigen testing facilities at airports

16 October, 2020

France's Secretary of State for Transport Jean-Baptiste Djebbari reported the government has accepted proposals to establish COVID-19 antigen testing facilities at French airports (La Tribune/Cnews, 16-Oct-2020). He said the testing will be available "notably for departures to destinations such as the US or Italy, and for arrivals from red zones", to ensure testing for all travellers from high-risk areas. Mr Djebbari said the infrastructure is expected to be ready at Paris airports from the end of Oct-2020.
