Hawaii's Office of Enterprise Technology Services announced (28-Aug-2020) all travellers will be mandated to provide health and travel information via the 'Safe Travels' app prior to arrival at Hawaiian airports, effective 01-Sep-2020. This app will be required for travel to and within Hawaii, and will be able to provide Hawaii's Department of Health, Department of the Attorney General and county law enforcement officials with access to passenger health information.
