Finavia reported (13-Jan-2021) plans to bring forward by one year its terminal renovation project at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport T2. Works are slated to begin in Jan-2021 when parts of the T2 departure hall close from 18-Jan-2021. The renovation covers an area of 35,000sqm and will completely overhaul the existing departure and arrival halls and integrate them into the flight gate area and centralised baggage hall.
