Jalan Kalrock Consortium to infuse USD185m into Jet Airways: reports

Jalan Kalrock Consortium reportedly plans to infuse INR13.8 billion (USD185.3 million) into Jet Airways, in preparation for relaunching the airline (Bloomberg/Tribune India, 01/02-Jul-2021). The consortium plans to utilise INR9 billion (USD120.8 million) to cover working capital requirements, INR3.8 billion (USD51 million) to make payments to financial creditors and other stakeholders with outstanding debts and INR1 billion (USD13.4 million) to cover costs associated with the corporate insolvency resolution process.
