Lufthansa adds digital COVID-19 test certificates through CommonPass app

Lufthansa announced (31-Mar-2021) passengers who undergo coronavirus testing through Centogene can now access their tests and certificates digitally through the CommonPass app. The testing and digital certificates will apply to all Lufthansa flights from Frankfurt to the US, as well as the corresponding feeder flights via Frankfurt from Hamburg, Cologne, Berlin and Düsseldorf. The app automatically compares the test certificates with the relevant current entry restrictions of the destination country and creates a travel certificate on this basis, provided it is a valid test document for the relevant destination.
