OAG: Southwest Pacific capacity continues to drop as Australia cases increase

OAG reported (23-Aug-2021) scheduled airline seats offered for sale in the Southwest Pacific fell by 17.1% week-to-week, with airlines in Australia cutting domestic capacity by another 22% due to increasing local COVID-19 transmissions. Australian domestic capacity sits at around a third of pre-crisis levels, while international capacity is at less than 15% of its normal levels.
