      • Domestic: 6.9 million, -76.7%;
        • Cebu Pacific: 3.1 million, -75.9%;
        • PAL Express: 1.4 million, -79.3%;
        • Philippines AirAsia: 1.4 million, -74.0%;
        • Philippine Airlines: 401,033, -75.3%;
        • Cebgo: 382,769, -80.0%;
        • AirSWIFT: 79,327, -75.3%;
        • SkyJet Airlines: 41,372, -78.5%;
        • Royal Air Charter Service Inc: 751, -99.1%;
      • International: 6.2 million, -79.5%;
        • Domestic airlines: 3.1 million, -81.0%;
          • Philippines Airlines: 1.8 million, -77.1%;
          • Cebu Pacific: 906,665, -84.8%;
          • Philippines AirAsia: 381,018, -84.7%;
          • Pan Pacific Airlines: 73,018, -77.3%;
          • PAL Express: 12,037, -96.3%;
          • Royal Air Charter Service Inc: 3340, -69.2%;
