Singapore Airlines raises USD500m via first USD denominated bond issue

Singapore Airlines raised (14-Jan-2021) USD500 million via its first USD denominated bond issue. The issuance attracted final demand of over USD2.8 billion was anchored by institutional investors including real money asset managers. The bonds are being issued at a price of 99.6% of their principal amount, with a maturity date of 20-Jul-2026 and will carry an annual coupon of 3% p/a.
