Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport CEO Geoff Culbert stated (21-May-2021) the airport has been "working with NSW Health to support them to deliver the National COVID-19 vaccination plan". The airport has facilitated a vaccination clinic on site next to the airport's international terminal, which holds capacity to deliver 300 daily vaccinations to airport workers and the individuals who they live with.
