Boeing and the Australian Space Agency sign strategic collaboration agreement

Boeing and the Australian Space Agency signed (09-Apr-2019) a statement of strategic intent to help advance the agency's goals to expand Australia's domestic space industry. The agreement features Boeing support for investments in R&D, innovation, STEM education and government programmes aligned with the Australian Space Agency's priorities. Australia aims to significantly grow its share in the space market segment from 10,000 jobs and a market size of AUD3.9 billion (USD2.8 billion) to up to another 20,000 jobs and AUD12 billion (USD8.6 billion) by 2030.
