Cathay Pacific: Apps have made it easier to manage travel

Cathay Pacific GM sales and distribution Martin Xu, speaking at the CTC Hong Kong Corporate Travel Summit, stated (23-May-2023) apps have made it easier to manage travel on the go, partly due to their ability to provide push notifications in case of delays. Mr Xu said: "We are also seeing many companies adopting expense management tools capture receipts and expense reports from their mobile devises". He added increased use of data and enhanced online booking tools help more informed decisions around business travel.
