Cathay Pacific 'pleased' with positive travel sentiment: GM sales and distribution

Cathay Pacific GM sales and distribution Martin Xu, speaking at the CTC Hong Kong Corporate Travel Summit, stated (23-May-2023) "We are pleased to see travel sentiment remaining positive since the beginning of year". Mr Xu noted the Cathay Pacific Group carried almost six million passengers in 1Q2023, with Apr-2023 its busiest month. He added on 09-Apr-2023, the company broke the 50,000 mark for passengers for the first time since the onset of COVID-19.
