CTM (Corporate Travel Management) GM, Victoria and Tasmania Susan Connor, speaking at the CAPA Australia Pacific Aviation Summit, stated (13-Sep-2022) customers are "wanting to have as much information at their fingertips as they can" to be able to make informed decisions. Ms Connor highlighted this includes information about the destination they are travelling to, including COVID-19 protocols, border closures, vaccination requirements and destination information.
