Flair: Price will get customers to aircraft once, but 'service will get them there over and over'

Flair Airlines CEO and president Jim Scott stated the airline is "really working" on its "whole look", including branding, customer service and flight attendant uniforms (Skies Mag, 16-Nov-2018). Mr Scott highlighted the airline's focus on the customer when doing business, noting: "It's our opinion that price will get them to the aircraft once, but service will get them there over and over".
