Flight Centre, Goldman Travel and Spencer to launch invitation only travel agency group

Flight Centre announced (05-May-2022) plans to launch 'Link Travel Group', a new invitation-only travel agency group in partnership with Goldman Travel Corporation and Spencer Group of Companies. The JV will be 60% owned by Flight Centre, which will provide members with services including access to its product and distribution capabilities. The remainder will be owned by Goldman and Spencer, with Anthony Goldman and Penny Spencer to sit on the board of directors alongside Flight Centre's Danielle Galloway and other yet to be appointed directors.
