Jambojet MD and CEO Karanja Ndegwa stated the airline is operating at approximately 84% of available capacity (Nation Media Group, 07-Sep-2021). He also reported the airline's market share in Kenya has increased from 36% in 2019 to 45% in 2021. Regarding the recovery outlook, Mr Ndegwa said: "For us to get back to the levels we were operating in 2019, that will be around 2023. If we get back to that in 2022, we will be lucky".
