Luxair launches passenger real-time assistance platform

Luxair launched (24-Feb-2020) a new passenger digital real-time assistance solution, enabling passengers affected by delays or cancellations to receive a notification via text message and/or by email on service status as soon as the information is available. The platform will also provide access to a range of ancillary services credited to a virtual payment card in the event of significant delays. The airline has also established numerous arrangements with hotels near to the airport to provide accommodation services for Luxair passengers when situations require an overnight stay.
