Qantas announced (27-Oct-2020) it will launch Sydney-Launceston service commencing 04-Dec-2020, operating three times weekly with Boeing 717 equipment. The route announcement follows the easing of border restrictions between New South Wales and Tasmania. Qantas will increase frequency to four times weekly from 11-Dec-2020 to 01-Feb-2020.
