Saudia launches customer support through WhatsApp

Saudia introduced (13-Mar-2018) customer support via WhatsApp in late Jan-2018, handling booking amendments, special requests and general enquiries. More than 10,000 cases have already been handled through the airline's WhatsApp channel, with an average response time of 10 minutes or less.
