Thomas Cook Group enters strategic partnership with LMEY to grow own-brand hotel portfolio

Thomas Cook Group partnered (26-Sep-2017) with Switzerland based hotel developer and management company LMEY Investments to develop and expand Thomas Cook's own-brand hotel portfolio. Under the agreement, Thomas Cook acquired from LMEY a 42% stake in Aldiana, a premium club and activity focused tour operator and hotel management company based in Germany. Aldiana operates eight club resorts in Spain, Greece, Cyprus, Tunisia and Austria, with plans to open four more resorts over the next two years.
