US TSA approves airside-to-airside motorcoach operations for American Airlines

Philadelphia International Airport announced (12-Jul-2023) US TSA approved airside-to-airside motorcoach operations, enabling American Airlines passengers to undergo US TSA screening at Allentown and Atlantic City prior to travelling to Philadelphia onboard bus services operated by Landline. Upon arrival, guests will not need to be rescreened and may immediately connect to their outbound flight. American Airlines VP corporate security Gary Tomasulo stated: "We are thankful to the TSA, our regulatory and airport partners, and Landline for the collective partnership and work to achieve this first-of-its-kind milestone.
